Portage™ Bayside Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. PortageGin

  • .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • .5 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

  • 5-6 mint leaves

Steps

Muddle 5 mint leaves in shaker. Add all ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with mint leaf.
