Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients
2 oz Stone Pier® rum
1 tbsp batter*
Boiling water
Steps
Combine rum and batter in a mug. Mix until batter has mostly blended with the rum. Keep stirring and top with boiling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and whipped cream.
Batter: Combine 1/4 cup butter, 2 tbsp white sugar, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and .5 tsp spice blend (garam marsala is what we used!).
Tip: whip our Merrymeeting Spiced rum with heavy cream for a spiced, boozy whipped cream.
