Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Oaked Acadian™ rum

  • .75 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

  • .5 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)

  • 3-4 oz. club soda

  • Lime wedge (garnish)

Steps

In a shaker, combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake, pour into a highball glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy!

Pro tip: to give it your own unique twist, add a dash or two of your favorite bitters!
