Night 3: Apples & Honey Hot Toddy

A fruity hot toddy featuring our ‘Chando 12, a Colombian rum aged for 12 years in repurposed bourbon barrels.

1.5 oz ‘Chando 12
.5 oz cider-honey syrup
lemon wedge
cinnamon stick

Add rum and syrup to your favorite mug and top with boiling water. Squeeze in lemon wedge. Stir and garnish with the cinnamon stick.

Cider-honey syrup: Combine equal parts honey and apple cider (unfiltered apple juice works too) in a pot on medium heat and stir until homogenous.
