Double-Barreled Birthday Blend Rum

The second offering in our single batch, Working Title series, this rum is a truly one-of-a-kind spirit and only available at the Tasting Room, while supplies last. Starting out with 100% organic molasses, this rum is fermented with wine yeast and distilled in our copper pot-still. It is first aged in charred, new American oak barrels for 8 months before finishing in ex-white wine and ex-apple brandy barrels for 16 months. The final product is a blend of 70% white wine aged spirit and 30% apple brandy aged spirit.
