Night 6: Gold Negroni

A tropical take on a white Negroni featuring Acadian, our fresh sugarcane juice spirit.

1.5 oz Acadian rum
.5 oz Suze, gentian liqueur
.5 oz banana liqueur
.5 blanc vermouth
salt

Combine ingredients and ice in a mixing glass. Strain over large cube and garnish with expressed lemon peel.

For blanc vermouth we suggest Cocchi Americano or Dolin Blanc. For banana liqueur, we used Tempus Fugit Creme de Banana.

Don’t have a mixing glass? Using the large side of a shaker set or a pint glass works just fine.
